Bicycling Is Not A Crime . . . or is it?

I definitely find this story a little disturbing. Check that, I find it A LOT disturbing.

I'm also not surprised by it.

Now a 10 year old girl has to worry about being picked up by the cops when she goes out and rides her bike.

When bicycles are outlawed only outlaws will ride bikes.
